About

I’m often known for my passion for creating and inspiring. I’m a firm believer in continuous innovation and have applied this to my work in the public sectors, non-profits, healthcare, technology, educational systems, and entrepreneurship. My life experiences have lead me to create the #CarryEverything lifestyle, I’ve made it my life goal to apply the principles of preparedness and constant character development to every aspect of my life.

I started my career in the public sector and quickly gained a reputation for disruptive ideas that improved operations and increase organizational value. From there, I took my passion for creating and built the professional accessories brand, Carrington Case, known for its sleek design and professional appeal. As a fourth-generation entrepreneur, I’ve always felt wired for not only intuitive designs but also business development, taking organizations from start-up to cruising altitude.

My affinity for business did not overshadow my responsibility to the community and so I founded The C3 Initiative which host the increasingly popular C3 Expo, SoCal’s hottest coding camp for underprivileged youth.

I am also leading the start-up activities for Loma Linda University Health’s Neuropathic Therapy Center where I serve as the Administrative Director.  The center builds on LLUH’s innovative heritage by pioneering the world’s first evidence-based alternative therapy for treating neuropathy and general nerve damage.

All that said, the role brings me the most joy is the position of father to my two beautiful daughters Madison & McKenzie. What I’ve learned is the best way to maintain a life of joy is to keep your priorities in order they will someday form the foundation on which you stand.
